Returns & Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Custom, made to order items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. If we have made a mistake, your item is defective, or has imperfections that directly affect the quality and/or overall appearance of the design, and this is our fault, we will replace or refund your purchase. In the event that an item needs to be replaced or exchanged, the customer must contact us within 3 days of receiving them item. After 3 days, we am not able to honor returns or refunds. If an item has been washed, we am not able to honor returns or exchanges. Care instructions are sent with each item. We are not responsible for improper care and/or application.
While care is taken to represent colors as accurately as possible, every screen/monitor is different and we cannot guarantee the colors you see will exactly match the colors of actual fabric or thread. Please also note that each piece is handmade and slight variations in fabric and fabric placement will occur. Occasionally fabrics or fabric placement may vary from the original picture. If you have specific questions about sizing, please contact us prior to ordering. There are no refunds or exchanges due to sizing issues.
